Seam ("we", "our", "us") is a pitch-calling platform for baseball and softball that delivers calls from iPhone to Apple Watch in real time. This policy explains what data we collect and how it is used.

Information We Collect

We may collect account details, subscription state, team/game setup inputs, pitch calls, outcomes (strike, ball, foul, hit, out, no pitch), session history, and basic app diagnostics needed to operate Seam.

How We Use Information

We use data to deliver live call notifications to Apple Watch, maintain game context (count, outs, inning), generate dashboards and game summaries, and support product reliability and customer support.

Watch + Device Data

Seam uses iOS and watchOS communication channels to deliver pitch calls and status updates between your iPhone and Apple Watch. We only process data necessary to provide this function.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with service providers that host infrastructure, analytics, or billing, and with legal authorities when required by law.

Local Data Controls

Coaches can clear local game and pitch history from settings. Account-level data requests (access, correction, deletion where applicable) can be made through support.

Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
