By using Seam, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of the Service
Seam is provided for lawful baseball and softball pitch-calling use. You agree not to misuse the service, reverse engineer protected functionality, or interfere with live game communication features.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans (such as Pro and Team) are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. Prices, features, and plan limits may change with notice. You can cancel at any time; access remains available through the active billing period.
Accounts and Team Access
You are responsible for account confidentiality and all activity under your account. Team owners and staff are responsible for managing who can access team sessions and game data.
Intellectual Property
Seam, including software, interfaces, branding, and documentation, is protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or distribute protected content without permission.
Service Availability Disclaimer
Seam is provided "as is" without warranties. Live communication performance may vary based on device health, watch pairing, and network conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Seam is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including losses related to interrupted gameplay communication.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
